A little bit about who I am...

Hello, I'm Christine!

I’m a Learning Experience Designer and digital learning developer with 7+ years of experience creating learning and digital content for corporate audiences. Across my learning-development work, I have contributed to 75+ projects and created 200+ learning assets spanning eLearning, microlearning, instructional video, performance support, storyboards, facilitator materials, and other digital learning resources.

My work centers on the design and development side of learning: organizing and simplifying complex content, translating learning objectives into effective experiences, creating storyboards and interactions, developing multimedia, and producing polished digital learning solutions.

I bring formal training in instructional design and adult learning through the Applied Instructional Design Academy, along with an earlier professional background in business operations, communications, project management, and visual design. Together, those experiences help me consider both the learner experience and the broader business context behind the learning.

Much of my recent work has supported the life sciences industry, where clarity, accuracy, and the ability to make complex information accessible are especially important. I also incorporate generative AI and emerging technologies into learning-development workflows to support ideation, content development, multimedia production, and greater efficiency while keeping human judgment and sound learning design at the center.

Applied Instructional Design Certification

AIDA is the culmination of a 9-month program that encompasses e-Learning development and Instructional Design, including Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise. The program involves creating over 80 lessons, receiving extensive coaching, and engaging in a comprehensive set of learning activities. Participants undergo practice with in-depth feedback, multiple revisions, and the completion of simulated client projects.

Colossyan Accreditation

Ultimate course to learn the fundamentals of effective and engaging learning video creation.

Synthesia Certification

Completed the Synthesia FOCA Certification Course and demonstrated knowledge by passing the Certification Exam. Able to develop high-quality videos from idea to delivery using the FOCA video creation process.

This 3-day training covers all the essentials for creating highly interactive E-Learning modules using Storyline 360. Participants learn to design engaging content that works across various devices and meets diverse needs. The course includes practical techniques for using Conditional Triggers and Variables to develop complex learning scenarios and provides opportunities to experiment with creative interactions such as dials and sliders.
