Using the application of the ADDIE and SAM models to assess and refine each project, I focus my efforts on making training both fun and effective. Ultimately, my goal is to deliver high-quality, creative solutions that meet client needs and achieve lasting results, so that teams feel empowed to succeed.

My business degree and experience as an operations manager have allowed me to build a strong management and strategic planning foundation. My twenty years as a military wife and mother have honed my adaptability, resourcefulness, and communication skills. I am now combining my passion for creativity with my business expertise in a career path I love: instructional design.
