Audience: Learners completing a knowledge check or review activity within an eLearning course.

Problem: Traditional multiple choice knowledge checks can become repetitive and may not sustain learner engagement, particularly when reinforcing previously introduced content.

Solution: A gamified Tic Tac Toe knowledge challenge where learners answer questions to earn spaces on the board, with custom triggers, states, variables, and conditional logic managing gameplay, feedback, win conditions, and retry scenarios.

Audience: Employees transitioning to or currently engaged in remote work across various departments and roles who are working remotely, either partially or full-time. The content is designed to be applicable to diverse job functions and levels within the organization.

Problem: The current state within the organization reveals challenges associated with the transition to remote work, including issues with communication, collaboration, and maintaining productivity. The absence of standardized remote work practices leads to inefficiencies, increased stress, and a potential decline in overall work satisfaction.

Solution: The business goal is to create a supportive culture that maximizes the benefits of remote work by equipping employees with the necessary knowledge and skills. This course aims to address challenges, improve remote work practices, and enhance the overall remote work experience for employees. Using Kirkpatrick's Level 2 (Learning) and Level 3 (Behavior) evaluations, we will measure how well employees are acquiring new skills and applying them in their work. The success of this training will positively impact the organization's performance in the remote work environment.
