Audience: Employees transitioning to or currently engaged in remote work across various departments and roles who are working remotely, either partially or full-time. The content is designed to be applicable to diverse job functions and levels within the organization.
Problem: The current state within the organization reveals challenges associated with the transition to remote work, including issues with communication, collaboration, and maintaining productivity. The absence of standardized remote work practices leads to inefficiencies, increased stress, and a potential decline in overall work satisfaction.
